All on-site activities are performed by a fully trained staff, carrying out all the testing with state of the art equipment, some of which are:

- Shortridge Flowhood equipments
- Shortridge Hydromanometer for all Hydronic balancing
- Fluke equipment for all electric measurements
- Extech tachometers for rpm readings
- Lighthouse particle counters
- Air Techniques International Digital photometers and aerosol generators
- Alnor equipment for air velocity, temperature and relative humidity measurements.
All the standards used and followed by O.P.I.A. to conduct the testing and the engineering services have been licensed to the firm by NEBB, ASHRAE, IEST and the ISPE.
All O.P.I.A. employees have been NEBB trained and certified or are actually enrolled in a NEBB study course.
